Many people are not really into the whole "get an agent" thing, which I seriously don't understand. I mean, if you're willing to be an actor you should be willing to get an agent. But, many people just rather "get a shortcut" and subscribe in a Casting Website. First of all there are no shortcuts. I mean, literally, it's going to be a long way either way.
So if you want to try and get discovered on one of these Casting Websites, be my guest to subscribe. Just make sure it's not a big SCAM.
Yeah, unfortunatelly, there are bad people in the world. And there are people who are trying to get your money, so before you subscribe to ANY website, google "nameofthewebsite scam" and you are going to find out, if that website is a scam or not.
And DO NOT subscribe if it costs anything. It should be free. An agency is free. A Open Call is free. Casting Websites are free. So don't pay anything for it.
